一、主讲人简介

夏军目前在德克萨斯大学-达拉斯分校Jindal商学院任战略管理学副教授。他在中南财经大学获得经济学硕士学位，后赴美国学习；于2006年在德克萨斯理工大学获得管理学博士学位。夏军教授的研究兴趣主要集中在4个领域：（1）组织理论（资源依赖、权力和制度过程）；（2）公司战略（并购、合资、联盟和剥离）；（3）社会网络（嵌入性的结果）；（4）国际商务（国外市场拓展、国有产权和转轨/新兴国家的制度变迁）。夏军教授已在Strategic Management Journal，Organizational Research Methods，Management and Organization Review等期刊发表文章。
